Golden Vntg is an online jewelry store based in New York, United States. Contact us at hello@goldenvntg.com.

2. Products
Our jewelry is vintage-inspired and newly made. We do our best to show every piece accurately, but colors and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Product photos may be styled or digitally created to show how a piece looks when worn.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error.

4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and refunds
Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, except for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or not at all. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photos, text, and the Golden Vntg name, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its security or operation, or place false or fraudulent orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Vntg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
