Free shipping on every order
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is always free.

Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of purchase. Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand usually arrive within 2–4 weeks. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Duties and taxes
International orders may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are rare at our price point, but if charged, they're the responsibility of the customer.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering so we can fix it before it ships. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
