We want you to love every piece from Golden Vntg.

Earrings are final sale
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (see below).

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, email us at hello@goldenvntg.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.

Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchasing by emailing us. After that, your order may already be on its way.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
